This form collects the information we need to register you in a class. The form is handled through our SECURE SERVER.

You MUST complete all of the mandatory fields (marked in RED) .

This form is on a SECURE SERVER. To register, you must provide a valid Visa/MasterCard which will be debited for the full amount when it is processed. Your course booking is NOT confirmed until your payment is received and processed.

* We keep a waitlist in case we get a cancellation or reschedule. We can contact you if such an opening comes up. However, you must have booked and paid for a course to be put on the waitlist.

Course materials are normally delivered at the class. If you would like to receive them ahead of time you can pickup from one of our Legion locations on the day of a course. Please contact us ahead of coming to ensure we have supplies on site.

Class sizes are limited and spaces will be allocated only AFTER payment is received.
You will lose your space if payment is not remitted promptly.

Cancellation & Reschedule
Policy

Cancellations
Cancellations may be accepted up to 2 weeks (14 calendar days) before a scheduled course. There is a $100 non-refundable deposit.

Cancellations within the 2-week (14 calendar days) window will be accepted if, and only if, we are able to fill your seat.

Cancellations are not accepted within 48 hours of a session.

If you do not show up for a class, the full fee is forfeited.

Reschedules
Reschedules will be freely accepted up to 1 week (7 calendar days) before a session but if you reschedule a second time a $75 service charge will apply.

Reschedules requested less than 1 week (7 calendar days) before the session are subject to a $100 service charge.

Reschedules are not accepted within 48 hours of a session.

If you do not show up for a class without prior notification, the full fee is forfeited.

When you submit this form you will get an automatic response back from the server confirming your payment and the submission of your course date request.

That does not mean that you are automatically registered for the course!

It will take approximately "1" business day for us to process your registration and email you the course confirmation that will confirm your space at the course date you've requested.

If you don't hear from us within "2" business days or so, please send an email via the contact page, in case our server has let us down or your registration got caught in a spam trap!
